We collect only the personal information necessary to provide public services: your name and contact details when you submit a complaint, register as a blood donor, or contact the MLA office.

Blood donor phone numbers are never displayed publicly. Contact between citizens and donors is mediated by our staff through a moderated request process.

Complaint, donor, and message data is used only to operate this platform and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to resolve your request (e.g. routing a complaint to the relevant department).

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting the MLA office.
